Do you hate where you live?

I Love where I live and would never want to live anywhere else (south florida)

Hurricanes? ;o Seems like they'd be a bit of an issue, or are you inland southern FL?

I guess you sir have not had the luxury of living in Calgary. Want to experience some stupid ass weather? Go there where it snows in June, 20C in January and where the weather changes in an instance. Remember, dress for all weather.

We haven't had a serious hurricane here in about 5-7 years. There really not as bad as a problem as people make it out to be. And I'm like a 15 minute drive from the beach

My old block, well not exactly by you get the idea.

I'd rather live there than this fucking village with shitty phone lines, etc.

Wow. It amazes me how I can relate to almost all of these posts. But yet again guys, thats why we're all members of RuneGear. We saw a community filled with people whom we can relate to and we decided to stick around and be a part of something that we are no different from. Therefore, at the end of each day, when you're thinking about how fucked up your life is, you can always remember that there is a group of people, online, that you can relate to. Thanks Mike and TE for establishing such an environment and for relieving most of us of the sense of being out of place.

It's a county in England. I live near a city called "Chelmsford" in Essex to be exact.

I'm sure you will have heard of rochdale, whether its for its numerous tramps, highest number of teenage pregnancy or just generally being a shit town.
I fucking hate where I live, I'm a 15 year old bmxer who enjoys gaming and going out with friends but just because there are no facilities in place for us, we have to ride street or hang out around the streets. This gives us all the stereotypes of 'chavs' and the general public despise of us for nothing. We have to travel on a train like 12 miles to find a half decent skatepark, same if we want to go to buy some trainers or something. I refuse to go to rochdale town to buy clothes or anything as its full of tramps and it has like 3 shops.
I mean, I live in wardle which isn't too bad but its full of arrogant people and is littered with polish and Asian people. I might be seen as racist but trust me, its getting out of hand.
I'm going to stop here, its awful where I live.

I know where you're coming from with not having somewhere to go for your extreme sports activities. When I was 14-17 I was a skateboarder. I had to travel 25 minutes to skateboard at a DUMP skate park. It sucks. Thankfully, I don't live there anymore.. haven't lived there for a long time.

Yeah, I understand where you're coming from. Chelmsford is nowhere near bad as some places in England. Infact, it's one of the nicer city's. I was pretty much talking about the steryotype of Essex you know the "Essex boy/girl" thing. That's what annoys me the most.
