Do you go for a yearly physical?

I just went to my doctor and he has given me a year to go for my physical.

Honestly, Ive never gone for one and never really thought much for getting one done.

I was asking a few coworkers and many even in their late 50s and 60s have never got them done or its been over 15 years.

I guess I need to make a routine out of it and go especially since I have a lot in my family history.

Do you go for a yearly physical?

Most of the time I get my physical usually in the summers. It should be coming up soon for me...
