Do you excercise to keep fit?

You know excercises are very important to us to keep fit and in shape. The most important aspect of a healthy living. What do you do for physical fitness?
 
Every morning before I eat my breakfast, I stretch my body and have a walk going to office. I believe that exercise will be good to our body to stay fit and healthy.

nope! I'm lazy in terms of exercise.

Its so very important to make your body fit, i think early morning excercises are the best for the body. fit body and healthy living are important, but remain active too.

I think this is going to cost you much of your health, in long run you could have lazy and unfit body too. In fast paced world you need to go in for atleast a walk that too 20 to 30 mins daily in the morning and evening, thus you can manage good health. But you should never be lazy, this is no good for your health you know.

Ya you are saying right daily exersize will keep fit and healthy.

regular excercises are a must do you know Rahul, thus its important to be active daily and go for a run or walk brisk on the pavements or in the park, youll feel good energetic and always remain healthy too.
 
I do some stretching before doing some chores which I considered as my simple work-outs here in our house when I'm a diurnal but when I'm nocturnal its only stretching.
 
i always tell my self i will exercise every morning but that never happens.. hehe :) the only exercise i do is stretching and that will still depend on my mood in the morning

It is important to make use of regular excercises, but on the same walking small distances is also good, it not only improves your stamina but also builds good physique and burns calories too.
 
I play netball twice a week. I wouldnt say its to get fit though. I just love netball! I have played for 13 years now. Well that makes my feel old :Smile:
 
yes, every morning i use my waist twister to maintain my figure. I love drinking juice after the exercise so it gives me more energy than having fats inside my body.. :)

yeah, i do exercise daily because exercise helps us to develop and maintain our physical fitness but exercise is not applicable to all for example if you have a pain in your chest before you starting a programme it is important to consult your doctor first so that the doctor may advice you the right exercise that suits for you.

that means you are taking to some of them like chores and the kind of work outs some times. But it should be regular routine also, if you could make it to that is good for health and you dont have to suffer later on.

see only streching wont do, you need to pull out a routine and have all the gym excercises too,but jogging and walking are also good for routine.
 
Yes I know exercise is important for health. So even though I'm lazy I still do exercise. What I usually do is jogging and walking at the park in the early morning. But lately I haven't been exercising because I have been so busy.

I think eating healthy is also on way to keep fit and prevent lifestyle diseases.
 
I am crazy to make good body as model so I go gym daily and it is mandatory for life because you will be fit and fine so you will be more confident and your personality does matter also.
 
I can't really exercise even if I wanted to because I have chronic pain and it is really bad. It is so hard to live in pain every single day.

Yes, i play baminton (once a week), run once-twice a week (6.6km), and walk from my place to the office and vice versa (5 days a week).
 
Yes I do some exercise to keep me fit. I do jogging at least 1 hour in the morning. Also, if I go to a place not so far, I rather walk than riding a car. It is my other source of exercise. Climbing stairs also is a good way to burn that calories.
 
I already have fit body and I am doing all works in the home so not getting much time to exercise still I do warming exercises in the morning..

Yep exercise is really important to stay fit and healthy too. I do exercise everyday for 45 minutes. I think it's really important to keep the heart working.

Personally I workout to be healthy and also fit coz if I exercise I can wear the cloths/dress I like :Smile:
 
I don't do , there fore I m overweight
But soon I will start doing it.
I want to get fit again as like I was in past .
