Do you prefer juice or soda coke? Now a days consumers are fast becoming health trendy, they take to juices more often as compared to soda and cokes which are a health hazard. What about you, do you drink juices freshly made or can coke soda?

I don't drink soda or Soft drinks right now! My father has diabetes so chances is that I may also have it. I rather drink juices from fruits. :)

I never drink coke or soda. I drink juice rarely, i liked fresh fruits. From fruits we get fibers which is essentials for good health. From juice we don't get fiber.

It depends on mode, some times you want to drink juice while sometimes you may like to take soda coke.

it depends in my mood not always soda or juices sometimes i rather drink water it's more healthy or like you've said fresh fruit juice.

i prefer fresh juice which is home made than sodas ,sodas dehydrate me and i had rumors that they are not good for consumption, though rumors are element of truth

Yes, I love grape/prune juice, apple juice and lemon juice. I love the blend and taste of sour + sweetness and I know it's healthy coz it has lots of vitamins.

I have a new juicer and am not sure about how long I can store the juice in the refrigerator.
Yesterday, I juiced some oranges and (separately) grapefruit and stored them in plastic containers covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator. Can I drink it today? Is it dangerous to not drink the juice right away? For fruits or vegetables or both?

I drink fresh juice whenever available. It cost more unlike soda or soft drinks which comes very handy. Fresh fruit juice is healthier and contains a lot of fiber and vitamins especially C. But because it still has to be prepared to become a juice ( with all the squeezing or blending works) we resort to soft drinks which are readily available in nearby stores and it cost less. But given a choice, I would choose fresh fruit juice over soda or soft drinks.

grape juice make me go nut ,i can take several glasses and still want more,i also like passion n mango cocktail

It used to be that I prefer drinking soda and can juices. But nowadays, I would rather drink water. Water quenches thirst better than any liquid.

I minimize my soda intake. I only drink soda occasionally. Juices are good for health, this is a good habit to drink juices everyday to cleanse our selves from toxins. Fruit juices are the best antioxidants and is cheap.
