when you buy foods in the grocery, do you check their food labels and expiration date? or do you just grab this and that to your basket and never check them at all?

since my mom eat an expired food and she almost die bec. of food poisoning, it became a lesson to us so from then on, we always check the food labels and its expiration before buying it.

hi good day, yes i do checking expiry date whenever i go to in the grocery before i get the item i'm make sure that i checked the expiry date.
