do you beating your children?

as a parents i know being a parents is not easy its very hard obligation to discipline our child but when my children commits mistake i dont beat them instead of beating i punished them to get inside the room and no more playing for the whole day and i explained them what they do is wrong and if possible not doing it again.how about you guys do you beat your kids?
 
I do not believe in beating children. That is totally wrong. I do believe in punishment, but the punishment should be appropriate to the age of the child. I believe in talking to them and trying to make them understand. Because communication is the key and is very important.

of course not. you should understand beating children will give trauma to them for the rest of their life. you can teach them in more soft way, and make they understand the right and wrong. for stressing the discipline you can tell them the soft way.
 

I'm pretty sure not letting them play for the rest of the day is just as bad as beating a child. Please do not confine your kids to what may be a hellhole of a house.
 
If my child makes me angry with any of his/her acts, just move out of that situation. I Try to analyze what the real problem is. When i know it then i can easily come up with some peaceful solution. So, i just stay calm and peaceful instead of getting angry and stressing myself. I always remember – only a calm mind can give us the right solution.
