Do you ask the amount that you lend to your friend?

It is hard to ask our lent money from our best friend, but the amount is high, we must get it back from them. In my opinion there is nothing wrong in asking our money back. Our friend asked money from us when they are in money need, we will do the same to them, but we will ask our own money which they owed from us.

But lot of people don't have the ability to ask the money from their friends, they will afraid that their friendship will be spoiled by doing such kind of activities, if the amount is low, i don't ask the money back from them. But if the money is high, surely i will make reminders about it to my friend. What about you? Do you ask the amount that you lend to your friend?
 
In my case I am not shy to ask for the money they borrowed but of course in a nice way. I will tell her like 'Do you have money now to pay me coz I really need it now'. And before I lend here I always told to pay her to pay me back and make sure of that and that I wont be shy to ask her for it.
 


tell her you've had some unexpected bills come up, and you really need the money asap.

Then be sure to ask her what day she will get it to you.
 
Well I will dont ask for money I have lend for my friend, becasue I think that it his responsibility to back his friends money so I will not ask him but when ever I need it for emergency than I will ask it for back.
 
What makes you think that asking for the money back is gonna end the "friendship" when he/she asked for money first? It won't hurt, but most of the times I forget to ask for it back. Usually when I borrow money from my friends or family, I usually pay them back.
 
Well, in the first place, if he/she is really a friend, he/she will know that when to give back the money he/she owes you. Friendship is a two-way street, after all.
 

It's not bad to asks for the money our friends borrowed.
Besides,we have to make sure that we also need the money so they have to return it back at a certain time.
Then,if they failed to return it on the due date,we can asks the reason why.
Or maybe we can tell them to approach us if ever that cannot pay us back on time.
 
Usually I don't because I would first allow the person a chance to be responsible in returning whatever he/she owed. But in times of urgent needs and would have no any other choice then I will in a nice way though.
 
Well, it is also our hard earn money. So I don't see why we shouldn't ask the money back. If I am in need of money and my best friend won't pay me back, then what is the friendship for? I helped him/her when he/she is in need of help and I expect the same help in return when I am in need of help.
