Do they have Paypal My Cash Cards in Canada?

Someone wants to buy a tag from me and this is the only payment method that I accept other than BTC. He lives in Canada and he doesn't think they have them there, have any of you Canadians bought/seen a Paypal My Cash Card in your country before?

They're only sold in the US so he's correct about them not being available in Canada.

No mate only America I believe; my friend from the UK was looking for some and they don't sell it there; I'm pretty sure it's the same for Canada
