If your talking about a bill from Microsoft, It will just go to collections guys.

On your address or debit card, that you tried to use for something and it's posted on the card, it will go to the fraud department of the card holder.

My Point is.

when ever you signup for a card, you enter your ssn, the fraud department will contact collections and report it.
sometimes they contact your local fraud department also.

I Don't know what this guy is talking about, but that's how the card thing works, if you used a visa card or master or amex.
 

What if you used a gift card? But shipped the xbox to your real address. The gift card is not registered with my real info though.
 
It will still go to the bancorp or metabank fraud department.

I'm sure if you used the common gift cards like Western Union, Vinilla, nothing will happen to you.

You will just be black listed from applying for cards. If you did not enter your ssn, you will be good.

I'm sure I'm right I been black listed myself. because of the windows azure services, I have a bill over $20,000 on there services, they will black list you.

and if you was like me and enter your ssn, it will go to collections and miss your credit score up.

Before you do stuff like that, be sure you read there terms of service.

and if the order was not approved and sent out. you have nothing to worry about.
 
Dude this is simple to resolve.

When SE'ing the console make sure you put a billing address that is not yours. Also make sure you use a fake phone number.

MS won't bill your shipping address. They are going to bill the BILLING address.

If you do that, there is nothing to worry about.

Okay for instance. When entering in the billing information, enter a fake name and use your neighbors address. Therefore, you do not get billed and you do not get in trouble.

MS will never know that the address is not yours. They will keep billing that address and you have nothing to worry about. That is if they even bill the house.

Yes dude. But that is the whole point. You won't get billed, your neighbor will. Doing that will not get you billed. Therefore you have nothing to worry about.
