We are a group of graphic designers and web developers. The requirements are high and we will be
limited to 30 members overall. In the future all members will be able to get there very own free offshore
hosting.

What if you don't meet the rep requirement after a massive repfuck? But you are a webmaster and can provide proof? I'm also average at graphics.
