Not sure what SE classifies as, however I've been talking with a dedicated support agent for the past few days and now I'm at the point where all I need is a proof of purchase (receipt), this is not to refund/get a new iPhone, this is to get my service reinstated.

This is for me to get my IMEI off the blacklist, really needing it badly right now.

I just need a proof of purchase receipt with my IMEI number, preferably from T-Mobile, T-Mobile receipt, using this to get my IMEI off the blacklist so I can use service again.
