Dispute a ban?

Just out of curiousity is there anyway to legitimately dispute a false ban without going to the forums?

When I was false banned, I put up my Ban Dispute and a Pardon Request but got no results for a few days. I contacted Philly on skype and he said there was no support offered off-site. However I assume if you or someone else was false banned by one of the mods, you may be able to contact them off-site and talk about it with them.
