I have gained these upgrades legitly (obviously) - One from a contest I won and one from the recent Christmas packages.
Philly could vouch for me that I do have these upgrades. I keep track of what I've gotten. I'm not sure if he keeps track, but it's more organized and easier for me to know what I have.
