I see that discord servers are fancy now so I'm asking what type of niche' would you be interested in? 

What I won't do:

Gaming 
General
Music

My ideas: 

Promotion 
Social Media

My current server is a mixture of gaming and music, there's a quite members on here that are in my server.

I think a promotion server would be a good idea, there's a few people on here who run some stats.

I have a Ewhoring discord server with like 70+ people. Discord servers are indeed increasing in popularity.

I would actually like a promotion server. To help people grow stats or do s4s or promoting other stuffs. That would be pretty cool

Discord is dead, to be honest.
I gave my server away so I could focus more on the forums.
Social media would be a good one.
