Disable post count in Initiations

Knowing many members do the whole "Welcome to FK" thing to post boost, I think this would be a good idea.

I think it doesn't matter..

what does Post Count do? nothing.

I'd vote no. this is pointless and would just be counter productive.

1/2 of philly's posts are the "welcome to fk" and if that went away, it'd fuck up the site's stats.
