Dicing Ranks?

Hey Guys,
I really want to start dice hosting. However, I know how hard it is to start up my own dice clan. Does anyone know a dice clan which I could maybe buy a rank in? The clan would have to be online everyday and very active. But the ranks would have to be cheap.
Nothing as expensive as 'liked' or something.
 
No legit dice clans are cheap.
Cheapest one is 800m-1b in World 2 Dice or Liked.

I'd be willing to help you start one up, you just need starter money, like, do some drop parties to get people to trust you ect.
 
Galaxy Dice is 500m to join last I heard.
