These are the tactics that I used while trying to rebuild my bank which was successful.
The best way to win is number one.
TIP TO NOT GETTING CLEANE
DON'T BET MORE THAN 10%-15% OF YOUR BANK AT A TIME!

When to bet:
- He wins two/three times in a row (this can vary)
- He rolls a high number 59 or below. An example would be 45.
- He's on a losing streak. (this is rare and hard to predict when to bet and can be risky.)
Example of number one:
You bet and win with an 85.
You bet and lose, you bet and lose again,
and yet again because you're addicted.
Now would be a good time to bet.
(you can win about 80% of the time doing it this way.)
Example of number two:
You bet and lose when he rolls a 52.
Now would be a good time to bet because the number will usually be higher than 60.
(you can win about 70%ish of the time doing it this way.)
Example of number three:
You bet and win. You bet and win. You bet and win. You bet and win.
(doing this is highly unpredicatable and hard to tell if you're going to win, it's really fun to mess with them
.)
(when a 'losing streak' happens it's possible to win 60%-90% of the time.)

- He's on a winning streak. (once again, it's rare but when he's on a winning streak, it can last for about 6-8 rolls.)
- When you get cocky. (it happens to all of us, we win alot of cash, then think we can win everytime and then end up getting cleaned.)
Example of number one:
You bet and lose with a 51.
You bet and win with a 64.
You bet and win with an 87.
Now would not be a good time to bet because he has a higher chance of rolling a number below 60.
Example of number two:
You bet and win with a 93.
Now would not be a good time to bet because the number will most likely be a number below 60.
Example of number three:
You bet and lose, you bet and lose, you bet and lose, you bet and lose.
It would be a good idea not to bet because he's on a winning streak. (usually happens after a 'small' losing streak.)
Example of number four:
Me.
I started with 30m, lost 25m. Within two hours I reached 300m.
I thought I was cool and I could win everytime so I did a 100m bet, lost, then a 200m bet which I had lost aswell.
I forgot to follow my guide and lost the 300m I had earned.
