Desktop Modification sub-section

In the Computing section I think there should be a sub-section for Desktop Modification. Users could share Rainmeter skins, ricing techniques and other tips and shit idk

Personally, I'd like to help out any users that would like to make their desktops more unique with custom skins and other stuff

I think the General Computing section covers it pretty much.
