Desktop Background

Who can make me a simple, cool looking desktop background? :3
Doesn't has to be amazingly great, but something simple will be cool.
Something like a black/dark background with a few neon-like lines. I'd like most of the lines to be blue, and a few green.
Can anyone do this? :3 By the way, my screen is 1366 x 768.
