Ok, so when you say you design it, does that mean graphics & the html or css code behind it? Or does that just mean you design what it looks like?

Last question, can you show us any work you have done before? Highly interested.

Yes it includes the complete website requirements (graphics, html and css). Unless its a special request which we have to consider based on the spl requirement.

Just curious, how much would you charge for just the design part? I can do the coding myself, and I've been looking for a good design for an HTML/CSS template.

He may be able to offer you a website vouch, but he is not doing Tumblr stuff right now, I'm pretty sure.

Oh ok then never mind. I thought he was a web designer though? It's all in HTML5 so he shouldn't have trouble!
