I'm trying to talk to Eblis and he keeps saying "I have nothing to say, false prophet!"

what have I done
 
You might have skipped a part. I have never done that quest but go look at a few guides and look through them thoroughly and make sure you didn't skip a part. Skipping just the smallest part in the quest could be very crucial and make you start far back. But, good luck on beating it :D.
 
yeh you skipped a bit or dont have something in your invon that you may need
 
No dude you have a god book or a god armor on i think. the same thing happened to me. I had a zammy book equipped and he wouldn't talk to me
 
I'm doing this quest now, be sure to be wearing NO god armour.
 
The only thing I had was my obby cape. I'll go back with just the supplies and desert clothing or something. Maybe it was the monk's robe

Anyone have suggestions on what equipment to use on each? Or will it tell me on Wikia

I have all skills for melee (only 15 summoning)
 
all skills means main? I did in it rune or some shit back when I was 7 :L

Well all I can say is, If you're a lower level, cast a water based spell on fareed :p he will get owned in no time. and use fire spells on kamil

I believe you do yeah because from memory, each of them show you where each diamond is located :)
