Well, it's pretty basic, but I just threw it together quick.


 
Good job.

I like the 'retro' kind of effect with the background.

But the render doesn't quite fit in and you should try to use the feather effect a bit more. Also, the text seems to be tight, let it have some space =P.

I voted for Change.

The background is just the render pasted a bunch and motion blurred. I was going to add something above the text, but I got bored. xD
 
Don't like the motion blur, his top is a bit like the same colour as the background at one part.
 
too generic mate..add some efeects and it will be great
