I think I have this for about a month now, I really feel like crap almost the feeling that I will go crazy and that I'm not really living it's a weird feeling which I can't describe,it's almost the feeling that you're stoned 24/7 but than worse. And I also have so many thoughts in my mind that it almost feels like it's going to explode,is there anyone with the same problem like me? I'm 17 years old btw, also for the people who want to read a little bit more about this; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depersonalization

Thanks.

"Individuals who experience depersonalization feel divorced from their own personal physicality by sensing their body sensations, feelings, emotions and behaviors as not belonging to the same person or identity."

Would have explained it better.

and yeah I do, not often though.

Ok thanks,I really need to visit a shrink because it's not going good with me atm.

If it's free and you have nothing else to do, try it.
They usually help but most people see them as people who deal with your problems and think they're annoying people.

Go with an open mind.

I really want to visit one,as I think that will help me more than myself and my parents. When I'm back in my old country I'll go visit one! Also thanks for your feedback Much love.

I've been in therapy for a month now and I can personally say that it's very helpful. If it's not too expensive, I'd recommend booking a consultation.
If you need more information, I don't mind helping you out as much as I can, just drop me a private message.

Thank you Solidify that's very nice of you. And I will definitley go in to therapy as soon as I'm back in my old country, the costs for therapy will be funded by our insurance company so that wouldn't be a problem. Also may I ask,why are you in therapy?

My medical insurance covers 80% of my sessions. Each session is an hour and costs $60.

And I'm in therapy for a phobia. I'm in cognitive behavioral therapy.

I think my insurance covers every session but I'm not entirely sure. What phobia are you talking about? Or is it something you dont want to share? Thanks for your comments btw.

I'd rather not talk about it. Especially publicly.

I can understand that.
