I really want to visit one,as I think that will help me more than myself and my parents. When I'm back in my old country I'll go visit one! Also thanks for your feedbackCrysis said:God. said:Ok thanks,I really need to visit a shrink because it's not going good with me atm.
If it's free and you have nothing else to do, try it.
They usually help but most people see them as people who deal with your problems and think they're annoying people.
Go with an open mind.

Thank you Solidify that's very nice of you. And I will definitley go in to therapy as soon as I'm back in my old country, the costs for therapy will be funded by our insurance company so that wouldn't be a problem. Also may I ask,why are you in therapy?Solidify said:I've been in therapy for a month now and I can personally say that it's very helpful. If it's not too expensive, I'd recommend booking a consultation.
If you need more information, I don't mind helping you out as much as I can, just drop me a private message.

I think my insurance covers every session but I'm not entirely sure. What phobia are you talking about? Or is it something you dont want to share? Thanks for your comments btw.Solidify said:God. said:Thank you Solidify that's very nice of you. My medical insurance covers 80% of my sessions. Each session is an hour and costs $60.
And I'm in therapy for a phobia. I'm in cognitive behavioral therapy.

I'd rather not talk about it. Especially publicly.
