[DENIED] What is this for?

Yeah, the + button. I think it is for multi quoting, but how do I even use it here?
When I was in Rune Revolution I'd get in the bottom "click here to get the quoted posts", but that doesn't seems to work here.
Fix it?

The new forum skin will have different buttons that all work. And yes I don't think that one does even work.
