I guess I'll start a suggestions thread
I'll start the suggestions by suggesting a shoutout box for admins to post important info for other members. and a suggestions sub forum
ummm, I'm tihnking we should have a homepage, like before the general area of the forums, and I could possibly code a box that Gonzo or Carbon could edit and it would scroll with new updates.
and yeah chat boxes fail.
I think there should be something where you can take a test or something to become admin (or staff) or mod(if you know a lot about a certain section). Like the more experienced of a player you are, and I mean you have to know a lot and score high, then the better your chance of being promoted. Of course, there should be a max amount, so there won't be too many mods or admins or nothing. Just a suggestion, so relax

Man I wish lol, I was going to learn how to code, but it was apparent that I was far to lazy to learn skills outside the ones I know now lol Sorry man =/ But I do truly believe this would be a great idea. I still remember a lot of stuff, but not as much as I did from when I played RS like 24/7. I already had a maxed main account, maxed 1 def, and maxed 20 def, I am working on a maxed barrows right now =D

I have had 3 accounts made by me one was almost 99 everything (hacked)
one skiller (banned)
and one pure (hacked)
all total to about 1billion in items and I don't feel like making another account donate pl0x
good Idea mods and admins get to it! or make me admin and I'll code it myself haha, I'm only a beginner in PHP and HTML though I'm startin on C++ and I don't want to get distracted
