[DENIED] Reputation

I think you should have to have a minimum of 75 posts to be able to give rep, now im not being a rep whore or anything, but ive git some rep from people with less than 10 posts, some positive but some negative. I think we should imply this rule so trolls cant just keep making accounts and neg repping random people. Just an idea.

No if you think people are out to get you with "rep" it means you are caring to much about rep
