There should be a forum were members can discuss the opposite sex, how to attract the opposite sex and be successful

I don't really think this is needed. I haven't seen any threads on this in the lobby, so it wouldn't be very active.

Yes, I want this to stay between Runescape lol. And besides, who here has anything to talk about, about sex or a relationship?

I don't believe there would be enough threads to keep the subforum active. I don't see much use for it, just post in the Lobby section.

I don't really think it has anything too do with relationships, although it is a good suggestion I don't think it will be implemented.
