I'm thinking there should be a mature section for people like the one on powerbot. There should be pornographic and sex discussion allowed there.

No, definitely not. The statement of "18+ Section" doesn't stop members from going on, it allures them to enter the forum. It will be displayed to children under the age of 18 which in some countries is illegal, and I don't want to deal with the crap.
