1) I don't see any difference in the colors...

2) Sectional Mods.
We should have sectional mods for individual forums - such as "RuneScape","Lobby" and "Gaming".
People should be elected for the forums they are most active under and abide by the rules of that particular forum. (You can check the amount of times posted in that forums via your "posts by this user" link).

This would make sense if we had a large community but as it is this really wouldn't do much, the only really active section is the lobby, everything else gets maybe 1 thread a day at best.

Sectional mods were removed due to not needing them. The current staff can def can handle it. As for the colors idk

I think I should be mod of forum games and personal blogs.

The only active section is the lobby, and that can easily be moderated by the current amount of staff.

The only sectional mods are the owners of the their respective private forums for their groups.
