In the Runescape section. Let's not clutter up the 'General RS Discussion' with 'FREE' 'FREE' 'GIVEAWAY' etc.

Yes but I disagree with the reasons behind that suggestion and it's denial. We're a new forum, we're going to have the section SPAMMED with them, let's make the forum while we're starting out, instead of after it becomes a problem.

This was already suggested, and it will stay like this until the administrators feel it is necessary for it to be created. There are only a few currently and if it becomes a minor problem; a section will be added. And as for your disagreement, no disrespect meant, but it's Carbon's and Gonzo's forum to run, not ours.
