[DENIED] Change the URL Format

If this is possible, can you make it so the URL for when you click a thread, subforum, etc., that it is displayed in numbers not:

www.runegear.net/Forum-Runescape or whatever it is?

Runescape is blocked on my router but I still like to read about it, but I can't access any sections because of it being in the url.
