I had to call up there thechincal support today, and i found them really helpfull, except i couldn't really understand the indian accent =/ but thats my fault of have hearing problems :L.

But i found them over all really helpfull and hopefully i will have a technition out to sort out my computer :D alienware :p

But what you do you think of Dell's customer support and Dell in general?

I think alienware's are over prices and your paying an extra 300-400$ just for the name..

Alienwares aren't over priced, macs are over priced, my M11x is more powerfull than a mac book pro, which is £1000 which is £200 more than the m11x, my notebook imo is over powered but its better than a mac

You can build your own computer the exact same as your alienware for prob 400-500$ cheaper.

Not all the stuff you got in an Alienware you can get seperate from the alienware :L, + this alienware has the i5 cpu, wich is over powered :L ahaha love it, but im talking about Dell in general not alienware -.- wanna know what you think about there support

we were getting off topic

Sorry for getting off topic, but yeah Dell is pretty good:)

there service is really good, and there postage is ussaly quite fast, because when they sent my laptop off, i ordered it on a Friday and i got it on the Wednesday :D

Yeah i have to admit they are very good with there dilivary.

I agree with sexy. New Aleinware Desktop Computer are overpriced. There a Aleinware Desktop Selling for $3000 With a bad Graphic card and not best spec. Building your own computer saved $1000 of dollar and has better specs then pre bulit computer
