Delicious Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients for 6-8 people:

300 g of black chocolate
200 g white chocolate
1 can condensed milk
100 g butter
1 dash of brandy
chocolate vermicelli
icing sugar
chocolate powder

preparation:

Undo the chocolate in a double boiler, and when starts to melt add the butter and mix well. Then add the splash of liquor slowly and condensed milk, stirring until a homogeneous mass.

Leave to cool the dough in the refrigerator for 4 hours to make it hard (if you hurry, you can put in the freezer less time).

After this time, take lots of dough with a spoon and give them rounded hands.

Finally, cover the noodles chocolate truffles, icing sugar or what you've chosen for coverage.
