Delete + Update Reported Posts

I would like to suggest that we are able to delete our reported posts/update our report reasons.

Sometimes accidentally hit 'Submit' whilst I'm still typing a reason to report a member. You should be able to click on the 'Report' button a second time and hit 'Delete Report' and 'Update Report'.

Very similar to how the reputation system works. You can delete ratings, or update ratings.

Any additional inputs on this suggestion are appreciated. Thanks.

Well or just a warning system (if they don't have one)
Example, you hit report user, and it pops up with a little message reading *are you sure this is your report?*
*Yes* *No*
Etc, etc. I'd try and inspect element and try to make something similar but I'm just too lazy, a warning message would really help the cause though.

I am for this, I have accidentally reported several posts with the incorrect reason and have wanted to change my reasoning, but was unable to do so. I would love to see either of your guys ideas implemented. Nice suggestions.
