I've been a loyal customer, and this month I cannot keep up with my payments ;(

Could I please have a free month to get me back on my feet ? I would appreciate it, I will be able to begin paying my invoices again the end of June

Than why else would you post this instead of contacting their support?
 

I naturally assumed I would get a quicker response if I contacted them here.
