A website you can't find with traditional search engines? Is this like those illegal websites where they sell hearts and shit. My friend was a part of one of those websites.

Is OP talking about the Hidden Wikipedia or some shit? That you need to use TOR with?
 

I have no idea what "Deep web" is. I just typed that in on google and it came out with shit like "Hidden websites that you can't normally find" and other weird stuff.
