I really need everyone's opinions on this idea im really not sure what to do and if you guys as a community would like it.

Ive spoken to Philly and im allowed to do this, Im really considering handing my in Ex-staff and going through all the stages again to reach my goal as staff and help the community, I'm going to be a lot more active and has really made me think would you guys want me to stay Ex-staff or go through the stages again to in order to reach a staff position.​
 
We need some decent staff, the staff we have now is doing a good job (some of them) but a few new staff members would help lower the work load for sure and you have experience all ready.... I say go for it man.
 
Stay Ex-Staff. Going to staff again could take you months. Plus your name looks good in red.
 
Go through them and get staff again Phenom you cando it. Hand ex-staff to Quad doe.

I think Philly said he will automatically put me back as moderator but I would need to prove my dedication once again to the site in order for me to gain a staff position.

If he will automatically give you moderator and then staff, then do that. If not, just stay Ex-Staff.
 
Go for staff. If you stay active and actually do your job, you'd make one hell of a staff member.

Also, you'd have the ability to give +20 or -20!
