Decent starting PC build?

So should be buying a new PC pretty soon because I gotta upgrade from my laptop and I have found this build from a NZ site. It's really only for casual gaming not anything too hardcore, and probably just Photoshop sometimes. What are your guys thoughts on these Specs?

It definitely looks decent considering It's price.
 
Me personally, I would go for a stealthier, more box shaped tower casing. But that's just me. Nonetheless, it is definitely decent considering the price.
