What do you mean im not talkign with any sense. Im giving you my point of view.

Put yourself in the victims shoes, Someone walks into your house, puts you through hell and kills you with no good fucking reason. Now you want that dude to sit in a cell forever where he still gets to go outside, enjoy the sunlight, enjoy life even behind bars while your dead?

even with a humane death penalty you want that person to go out with a little shot while you were maybe rapped and cut and left to bleed out?
 
you know nothing about jail, please stop acting like it's peaceful
 
im not saying its a fucking walk in the park but the main thing is their still alive and your not. sorry i havnt gone to fucking jail and witness it first hand.
 
Tbh, my mates dad went to jail and he had foxtel, I don't even have foxtel -.-
 

Uhm, if you he just came into your house and KILLED you, it wouldn't matter what you would want... you would be dead...

Anyways, as much as I do agree with the death penalty, it has it's flaws.

Honestly, I would much rather the person live in jail for the rest of his. Jail is good enough... it's a whole different world in there. They would be eaten up mentally and physically.

I'd also want them thrown into General Population, so they would get fucked. As bad as it is to be stuck in segregation, I would want them on the yard where they are in constant fear.
