So why do some users get to be pardoned back without Deal With Caution?

They actually scammed someone, then took the ban. Now they are let back without DWC after paying the guy back and making a pardon.

In my case, I was never supposed to be banned at all, I had the item back in the persons hands within 24 hours of my ban. Then I have to wait 1.5 months for a pardon and I get DWC?

This makes no sense to me really, and I am even willing to be Verified to get out of this flawed situation.

Well my DWC was completely unescessary.

I am not trying to get you DWC, I am trying to get ME out of it. You are how people should be pardoned. I Agree with you not getting DWC Rey.

I should not be in this disgrace.

I am not sure what the criteria are, but I was told that it was not necessary for me. I believe you should be taken out of it as you are very trustworthy even rn.
 
Why don't you just not do anything fishy to get it in the first place.

I'd like to see your DWC gone because I know you've got nice stuff to contribute to the market.
 
I know one user who scammed and isn't wearing the dwc bar and he's posting all over the marketplace. I'm most likely just going to verify.
 
I still have yet talked to Philly, after he did say he'd talk to me in the New Year.

I do agree to this though
 
Like @fear said (not exact idea), scammers should not be allowed back really.
Consider yourselves lucky please. Imo all scammers should have to wear DWC but it's my own opinion.

I mean people do make mistakes and can change, but why complain about having to wear DWC when really it serves you right for your history? General idea, not solely aimed at OP.
