De-hash/De-salt

Anyone know how to desalt/dehash passwords? I have some that might return some nice stuff, if anyone knows how to desalt or dehash passwords, I could split any profit.
 
Have you worked out what the password is hashed in? how bigs the salt?

Anyway you can break them by doing a dictionary attack (Just hope its a weak password)

I would suggest Hashcat & a nice sized wordlist containing words from the country that your target is from, a nice GPU helps too.

I have the tip.it database, and I am wanting to crack their passwords because it may be the same as their runescape one.
 
Is it salted md5 hash or SHA1?
Md5 is quite easy, sha1 is hard.
Those are the usual database hashes....
You may wanna find out which of those it is so we can help you.
And you can either use Hashcat or Cain&Abel to crack it, either dictionary attack or bruteforce.
