We fell victim of another attack which left us offline for almost 24 hours. I decided to keep the server down for an additional amount of time to let things hopefully settle. Ip's have all been changed, and all that good stuff so I am sure we will be fine for a bit. If anything else comes up I will change again. Be sure that if the site isn't accessible to your friends have them clear their cache, and flush their DNS to regain access.

Yeah I was confused why it wasn't working, at one point I was legitimately getting pissed cause it wouldn't load.

You should upgrade to Awknet servers. Some of the best DDoS protection.
