Database revert.

Apparently these relentless fucks hacked Mclovin's staff account, and deleted a decent amount of posts here on FK. So I had to revert the database back about 8 hours from the last backup. Nothing serious was lost what so ever, and the hacker obtained absolutely no vital information. I also took the time to update a few things in the server while the board was offline.

Oh and it still isn't determined as to how the hacker got into his account. However I am assuming it was just cracked.

Just deleted the option to delete posts once again so mass posts being deleted isn't an option for anyone anymore. I should have implemented it earlier anyways but w.e.
 
Only one major thing happened to me, all 20 of my negs on me got reverted.
 
I have no idea how they got my account but I can tell you, it's NEVER going to happen again.
 
Let's hope nothing else happens and all is good again.

You should be removed from staff for getting cracked/jacked to begin with, staff are not supposed to be liabilities.

Also @Philly, you should change all staff members to a secure domain email to ensure that their email isn't reset and used to gain access to the staff account.

Then they should have been removed too. You're supposed to be an asset to the site and yet you get hacked?

This is one of the reasons why FK is sinking deeper and deeper into the dirt.

It is his fault he got hacked, one way or another he failed to properly and/or logically secure his account.

You would never see mistakes like this on Hackforums.

No, Shadow was banned too along with another user. I requested a ban, got it, and was un-banned when the site went back up. Damn it.
 

I love how everyone things that getting hacked is always my fault. lmao I had absolutely nothing to do with this. It's not a big deal anyways. The only thing someone can really do now with a staff or mods accounts ban members which can be undone easily. It's just little kids trying to advertise their absolute garbage website because they cannot properly do it themselves.
