Uzi has been busy preparing for exams. There is no need reason to be angry with him. He is under a lot of pressure as it is.
 
As I said I'm not mad at him, I'm just informing the users who were expecting at that time.

There is a way to edit myawards.php so other admins can make awards, I had to do it on my old website.

I'm pretty sure that Uzi knows how, but he prefers to hand out all awards on his own.
