My dev purchased it from him however I am trying to get ahold of him. PM me his info if you could plz
 
Your website looks pretty good, just a tip of advice don't give the FK award out to just everyone, let them make a few posts and then give it to them.

I have already contacted linkz about this, he said that he didn't care about that theme. Good luck with your forum
