Dark Web Layout

Just a quick layout ive bin playing with.
The layout features a combination of fluid and fixed columns.
There are 2 columns a right side bar and a content column.
The navigation bar is all text based so it is very easy to create or delete a link.
Im not going to go into details unless you want them, in which case just let me know.
