Download something like EpicBot, and log on with your account and transfer the money.

You open two separate RS windows, you can make one smaller or just keep them at regular size then type both details of both accounts and hit login for one of them and quickly use alt-tab combo to switch windows and quickly hit login on the other. This works for me all the time but I drop trade instead, I find it easier.

You can run 2 different clients at the same time. RSBuddy also cures you of this problem by letting you log two accounts in at the same time.
