Spartan is indeed correct, you only have a total of six reputation points; therefore until your reputation power increases, you're not eligible for a reputation bar(s).
It's due to an issue occurring in the plugin file. Me and Luxor will hopefully look into it later. Luxor tweaked it so it's probably best that he handles it.
