It's the fact that we wasted weeks of waiting when we could've had another done.. There goes weeks down the drain.

Anyway, I think we should just like you said make a new theme and show no previews.

Don't doubt the designer will be either, because if Uzi hasn't paid yet, then I guess he's losing what $75?
 
If you guys didn't know the perons name here on the site is "Syn".

I have pm'd him if he does not withdraw the theme for sale. Serious actions will be taken in place.

Btw, He did a horrible job copying the theme anyways.
 
If he doesn't remove it I wouldn't mind contributing to a DDoS or putting money towards a hacker to go in and fuck his forum up!
 
Actually, he made the theme, why can't he sell it? Maybe he can just give it to us for free.

I agree, either that or a law suite should take place. Someone should report him to the mybbcentral admins and get him banned.

The point of the custom theme was to be unique, not have others compete to finish before UG.
 

No one will do anything.

If he designed and coded it then he owns the rights to it.
 
Honestly I foresaw something like this. All the put backs and whatnot, we should have found someone else when he said it was going to take a while. I really think we should hire a professional, I wouldn't mind helping pay for that.
 
How immature of you all. 'Threatening' a member of the public via the Internet. What 'Jord' has done is highly disrespectful, although it is partly Uzi Gaming's fault. An image of the custom theme should never have been released; preventing the big issue which has now been created.

'Jord' will be dealt with accordingly... in a mature manner. We (Uzi Gaming staff team) can handle the matter; we do not need any member(s) input, although the 'offer' is highly appreciated.

Yes, let's take 'Jord' to court for recreating a copyright theme. I think you're all forgetting, Uzi Gaming's custom theme has not been completed as of yet, meaning technically it's not copyrighted, therefore 'Jord' has not committed any form of illegal crime.

It's obviously disheartening that Uzi Gaming's custom theme has suffered so many drawbacks, but it will all be worth it... hopefully. Although yet again, Uzi Gaming's community highly appreciates the support is has been given; such as a member like yourself offering your support via donation(s).
