1. Create Base Theme - 90%
2. Plugin Template Edits - 20%
3. Forum Icons - 95%
4. Other Icons - 50%
5. Other - 20%

In the next few weeks we will be developing a new theme for the forum.
The new theme is going to to be a White, Gray with a Blue Accent.
We are doing this to make the theme less blue which should hopefully make it much nicer to browse around.

To get the ideas flowing, can you please post a few screenshots of websites, blog or forums you like the look of.
They can be any color or of any content. Im purely looking at the layout.
When you post the links, make sure you tell me what you like and dont like about it.

When im satisfied, ill get creating the theme and will post up a pe-release for you all to have a look at before we make an official change.

Are you making a whole new theme, or modifying the templates? I can't imagine what it's like to redo all the template edits if you're creating a new theme.

Obviously, it wouldnt be exactly the same, but I do like how smooth the theme is.

I don't like the tabs up top. I prefer links to tabs because tabs look unprofessional imo (the exception being the forum tab plugin we have now )

No not really. I mean I like the mix of color.

But as you know, I'm a big fan of the current theme. So I'm not one to take seriously with this.

Do we want to have Forum Status icons in the new theme?
(On, Off, OffLock / New, No New, Locked)

I removed them from the current theme because we have Ficons and it clutters everything up.

Ive just made the container a bit less round.

Theme is almost finished. Its going to take me atleast a week to swap over all the plugin variables and all the template edits ive made on the old template.

It needs to be waaaaaay less round than the picture. There also needs to be custom collapse and expand icons.

I never seem to like solid backgrounds, I like the striped.

Its not solid, the background is a gradient.
